# About
I'm Hayden McKenzie, an Insider Threat Analyst specializing in identifying and assessing insider risk through behavioral analytics and open-source intelligence.
Independently, I research DPRK IT worker employment fraud, publishing technical and investigative assessments of the infrastructure, tactics, and tradecraft behind these operations.

## Research disclaimer
These investigations use open-source intelligence methods. No unauthorized access is conducted, no system is compromised, and no credential is presented or bypassed. Where a channel or marketplace is observed, that observation is passive.
Victim PII is removed before publication, with redactions flattened into the image rather than layered over it. Material of investigative value is referred to federal law enforcement, and anything tied to a referral is withheld.
Errors of fact are corrected in place with a dated note. Corrections are never made silently.
